What are your hours?
We are open from 9am to 7pm Monday threw Saturday.
What are your Regular Mask Made of?
Mask are made of 3 layers. Two of which are 100% cotton and 1 filter that is a Polypropylene fabric.(water resistant).
What are you Customized Mask Made of?
Customized Mask are made of 3 layers. Front part of mask is made with 100% polyester, Back part that touches your month is 100% cotton and middle is your filter of Polypropylene fabric.(water resistant).
How long does it take for a customized order?
Customized order's take about a week to 2 weeks depending on the size of order and the amount detailing to it.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. Please be aware that we promptly pull the items for an order to prepare for shipment. Once an order ships, it can't be canceled.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders within 1 to 3 days after payment is received for all ready to ship items. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive. All customized orders are made to order. Which means depending on the customized detail the order can ship from 1 to 2 weeks. We do not have eligible returns nor refunds on customized orders. Due to the nature that these are custom products. For all customized orders you will see a mock up done before final project. At that moment, please advise me Immediately if anything needs to be fix. If you are a custom order that is partially paid you can cancel orders within 24 hours to get your partial payment back. After 24 hours, there is no refund the partial payment is for your materials needed to do your project. Tracking information will be provided once your package is prepared for shipment. Due to Covid-19 and weather circumstances-Please Expect postal delays with shipping. One package is Released to post office I am not Responsible for any delay or Damage to package. You will have to contact your local post office and file a report.
